May Update

This was a quieter month in terms of travel with a couple of kayaking and climbing trips to the Lake District the furthest we ventured. A great chance to spend time with close family (Kieran and Jake) and friends (Jon and Peter). Managed to eventually get around to writing a number of papers I’d been promising to submit on a variety of topics. They included ‘Anorexia Nervosa and its links to Autism and Personality’, ‘ Involvement of the Eighth cranial nerve in Giant Cell Arteritis’ and ‘Lung diseases in Rheumatological disease’. We also reviewed the early data from our pilot research in Tanzania, presented and chaired at the SIG in Birmingham BSR Conference and planned the next meeting of the Association of Physicians
